Hypnobirthing® for Daisy's mum. I just thought I would let you know that Ben and I had a lovely little girl called Daisy last Monday. (3 weeks early) She weighed 7Ib 3oz and is fit and healthy. The labour went really well, with the midwives telling me I wasn't in established labour until they examined me and realised I was 9cm dilated! Thanks to the hypnobirthing I was able to stay relaxed and focused and had the natural birth we both wanted. We would both like to thank you for the hypnobirthing course, as we feel this was the reason everything went so smoothly. |

Gwen's Experience I had received a scary birth story from my friend and it encouraged me to try HypnoBirthing as I had heard very positive reports from my cousin – I am so happy that I did because know I feel that I am very well prepared and have a 'tool kit' ready for a peaceful and confident birth. Without hypnobirthing I think I would be feeling very scared and unprepared and possibly in denial. It's really helped me to look at birthing in a positive light which I think is invaluable. My husband and I have enjoyed all aspects of the course and have found it to be invaluable. Nicky was an inspiring and passionate teacher who has opened my mind to the positivity of birthing and has helped me to look at all my options in relation to a normal birth. I will definitely be recommending her to 'mums to be' in the future. |

The birth of another Daisy ....Thank you for a great hypnobirthing course - it definitely helped keep me relaxed and calm throughout the pregnancy and labour. Daisy is a very happy good-natured baby which I'm sure is partly due to the calm relaxation I did during pregnancy! She's been a delight right from the start. |
